Krittin is one of four Thai Government Scholars at RIC this year, taking one-year A levels in Maths, Physics and Further Maths with IELTS. Our Thai students play a leading role in our community, sharing their food, culture, mathematical wizardry and chess playing prowess. Krittin was awarded a gold medal at the International Astronomy Olympiad and will study Physics at university.

Filippo
Filippo joined RIC from Italy on a two year A level course and has studied Performing Arts, English Literature, Film Studies and Italian. In his time at RIC Filippo has starred in our full scale musical productions of Legally Blonde and Oliver and enjoyed our programme of London theatre trips. He ran the boarding film society, organising trips and screenings. Filippo will study Creative Arts and Humanities at UCL.
Sophia
Sophia joined RIC from Ukraine and has studied a range of creative and academic A levels including Philosophy, Art History and Textiles. She runs an experimental poetry night in Brighton- 'Redemption Rhymes' and is a member of the creative team at 7 Chairs, using philosophical, sociological and anthropological frameworks to guide her writing on wellbeing. Sophia will study Philosophy and Art History at UCL.
George
George from Maidstone is a two-year A level student. He has a place at UAL's Chelsea College of Art in September. He is a Ralph Steadman Arts Scholar at RIC. George says: My work is inspired by urban landscapes, street art, industrial architecture, antiques, lighting, fashion, film (I love Wes Anderson films), TV, music, skate culture, travel and photography."
Andrei
Andrei is a two-year A level boarding student from Russia. He studies Maths and Physics and won the CIFE award for his spectacular GCSE results last year- 8 A*s. Andrei was part of the RIC debate team which reached the final of the English Speaking Union's Schools' Mace Competition. Andrei's sister Kristina also attended RIC and she is now studying at the Royal Vet College.
